INI EXIST
This command determines whether an INI entity has been opened successfully.

ARGUMENTS:
* Ini Number = number that identifies the INI file (1 to 256)

RETURNS:
If the Ini entity exists a value of 1 is returned; otherwise 0.


SYNTAX
Return Integer=INI EXIST(Ini Number)
